In the summer of 2011, Sara moved to Nashville and soon after signed a publishing deal with Universal Music and Paul Worley. In the spring of 2013, Sara signed with the Creative Artists Agency as well as the Performing Rights Organization BMI.

On May 10, 2013, Sara experienced a dream come true when she made her debut on the Grand Ole Opry.
