Tyler White
Artist Information
Netflix Love on the Spectrum star Tyler White will make his Country music debut with the release of his first single, “Oh Yeah Baby” on May 15th. Co-written with Music Row heavyweights Lee Thomas Miller, Drew Trosclair, and producer Jeff Garrison, the track transforms White’s signature catchphrase into a feel-good 90s country anthem inspired by his hero, George Strait. Through “Oh Yeah Baby,” White offers a modern take on traditional storytelling, weaving a personal narrative rooted in faith, romance and his deep country roots. For the country newcomer, this new music is about more than just hits—it’s about representation.
In a highlight moment from the latest season of Love on the Spectrum, fans got an exclusive first look at White’s artistry after he made his debut performance of “Sounds Pretty Good to Me,” his collaboration with Cameron Bedell and Jackson Nance. The Plant City, Florida native who has traded his reputable DJ booth for the neon lights of Nashville continues to hone his craft as he works with collaborators like Aaron Raitiere, Drew Trosclair, Lee Thomas Miller, and more. He has also received support across social media from accomplished artists including Randy Travis, Sam Fender, Russell Dickerson, and more.
White built his reputation as a premier emcee where his talent for commanding a crowd led him from local weddings to the Florida Strawberry Festival, where he hosted legends like Reba McEntire and Jamey Johnson. Since his television debut, Nashville has embraced him with open arms as he has already performed at the Grand Ole Opry, hosted the Chevy Vibes Stage at CMA Fest and DJ’d at RodeoHouston.
Tyler’s journey to the spotlight is as providential as his music. Diagnosed on the autism spectrum at age three, his life took a cinematic turn when a call from Netflix led him to his now-fiancée, Madison Marilla. Their connection—rooted in their shared faith and a deep love for country music—became a fan-favorite storyline on Season 3 of the hit series Love on the Spectrum.
“I pray that my story inspires others on the spectrum to know that with hard work, perseverance, and faith in God, you can overcome any obstacle,” Tyler says. “I want people to know it is absolutely 100% possible to find love and chase your dreams. Oh yeah, baby!”
