A product of Waco, Texas, Trannie Anderson was an active member of NSAI using our programs and services to hone her craft prior to her professional songwriting success. She signed a co-publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing in 2018 and since then has had songs recorded by artists such as Lainey Wilson, Dan + Shay, Cole Swindell, Gabby Barrett, Nate Smith, Meghan Trainor, Pentatonix, Reba McEntire, and many others. Trannie co-wrote Lainey Wilson’s #1 hit award-winning single “Heart Like A Truck” which was named NSAI’s 'Song of the Year' in 2023. She also co-wrote Lainey Wilson's single "Wildflowers and Wild Horses" which is currently charting in country radio. Trannie's had songs placed in ads/TV shows with T-Mobile, Dodge Ram, Wranglers, Tractor Supply, Marshall’s, The CW, Netflix, and more.
