This August, we’ve got your plans covered with lineups that’ll leave you speechless… Each show holds its own treasures and features more than just the artists mentioned.

 

August 3: Vince Gill & Paul Franklin

A former member of Barbara Mandrell’s band and a multi-instrumentalist specializing in the steel guitar, Paul Franklin and Country Music Hall of Fame member Vince Gill have recently come together to honor the music of Ray Price. The two will be performing a variety of songs during a night at the Opry that’ll remind you exactly why you fell in love with country music in the first place.

 

August 10: Dom Flemons

An American old-time music, Piedmont Blues, and neo-traditional multi-instrumentalist singer and songwriter, Dom Flemons is taking his banjo-picking talent and wide-range vocals to the Opry stage.

 

August 15: BRELAND

A Class of 2022 Opry NextStage artist, BRELAND is returning with his combination of country rap, gospel, R&B, and soul with top songs like “Beers On Me,” “Throw It Back,” and “For What It’s Worth.”

 

August 18 & 19: Carrie Underwood

She’s back! One of the most popular names in country music and everyone’s favorite wearer of Denim and Rhinestones, Carrie Underwood is bringing her show-stopping talent and crowd-pleasing entertainment right to your pew.

 

August 19: Barry Williams

That’s the way we became the Brady Bunch! Barry Williams, who starred as Greg Brady in the sitcom, The Brady Bunch, will be joining us on the Opry stage to make his debut as a country singer.

 

August 19: Chrissy Metz

Actress, singer, Emmy Award and Golden Globe finalist as Kate Pearson on This Is Us, Chrissy Metz is returning to our stage. This is one passionate and enchanting vocalist sure to give a performance for the books. Come see her on our Backstage Tour, too, as part of our limited-time Famous Friends exhibit!

 

August 23: Trace Adkins

Down-home country legend, three-time ACM Award winner, two-time CMT Award winner, and CMA Award winner Trace Adkins is bringing his raw and relatable music back to the circle with songs like “You’re Gonna Miss This,” “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk,” and “Ladies Love Country Boys" to celebrate his 20th Opry Anniversary.

 

August 25: Deana Carter

She’s got us craving some “Strawberry Wine.” Respected and beloved female country artist Deana Carter will be delivering her perfect combination of traditional country, pop, and folk influences to Opry fans.

 

August 30: Lady A

The GRAMMY Award and CMA Award winning trio Lady A is bringing their chart-topping hits like “Need You Now,” “I Run To You,” and “Downtown” to our audience for an unforgettable night to wrap up the August shows.
