One of Music City’s most treasured traditions will return in 2023 with Amy Grant and Vince Gill’s beloved “Christmas at the Ryman” residency. The 12-concert run is scheduled for December 13-14, 16-17, 19-20 and 22-23 and will once again feature matinee performances of the beloved show.

Tour a Historically Cool Icon

Ryman Auditorium is where artists, rebels, fans and curious visitors tap into the allure that has powered Music City’s cultural engine for more than a century. With 128 years of performance and music history under its belt, you’ll want to explore this storied downtown landmark to see where some of country music’s biggest moments have taken place. After the tour, get a picture on the plaza with the Ryman snowglobe, and take a stroll through Icon Walk where you can see one of its newest additions, Loretta Lynn.

Experience Gaylord Opryland Christmas

No Nashville Christmas season can be fully experienced without snow tubing at Opryland hotel, a Gaylord Opryland carriage ride, or the Opryland Christmas events. Simply walking through the resort is wondrous with acres of holiday twinkling lights and decorations to admire, but don’t forget to explore all of the activities, events and performances, such as ice tubing, The Oak Ridge Boys Dinner Show, gingerbread decorating, ice bumper cars, and so much more.

See a Nashville Holiday Light Show

All of Cheekwood will be aglow as a million lights illuminate the gardens from November 18, 2023, through January 7, 2024. Real reindeer, trains and more will add an extra touch of magic to an evening of reverie. This year, also experience the Chihuly exhibit alongside Cheekwood’s Holiday lights that features large-scale blown glass installations by renowned sculptor Dale Chihuly.

Experience a Light Show from Your Car

Pack the cocoa and marshmallows for a holiday experience from the comfort of your car at the Dancing Lights of Christmas. Just 35 miles outside of Nashville in Lebanon, the drive-thru experience has the honor of “Tennessee’s Largest Drive-Thru Light and Music Show,” with a 2.5-mile route and more than 2 million lights dancing along to holiday tunes. The Dancing Lights of Christmas is open seven days a week from Nov 10, 2023 to Dec 31, 2023.
