Tuesday Night Opry Heats Up April 12 with Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, and More, Including Special "I'm With The Band" Guest Lester Holt

The Tuesday Night Opry is set to bring two of country music’s hottest guys-- Broken Bow Records recording artist Jason Aldean and Capitol Records Nashville’s Luke Bryan-- to the stage on Tues., April 12, 7:00 p.m.  Both artists have already spent time on the top of the country charts this year-- Aldean with the smash single “Don’t You Wanna Stay” and his album MY KINDA PARTY, and Bryan with “Someone Else Calling You Baby,” the third consecutive No. 1 from his album DOIN’ MY THING.

As part of the Opry’s “I’m With the Band” series spotlighting celebrities from different fields performing on the Opry stage, Lester Holt, “NBC Nightly News” anchor and “Today” Weekend Edition co-host, will be joining Bryan’s band on the bass guitar for Bryan’s current single “Country Girl (Shake It For Me).”  Others scheduled for the show are Opry favorites Little Jimmy Dickens, Diamond Rio, John Conlee, Ricky Skaggs, and Connie Smith.
