Grand Ole Opry Welcomes Homes For Our Troops

The Grand Ole Opry was proud to welcome representatives of Homes for Our Troops, one of the nation's most highly rated military support organizations, to the Opry Sat., Nov. 13.  Homes for Our Troops, founded by John Gonsalves, builds specially adapted homes for American veterans who have lost their independence through injuries suffered while defending our nation.  With the first one hundred homes nearing completion, and a backlog of veterans in need of specially adapted homes, Homes for our Troops launched a new campaign, "One Hundred More ....Homes for Our Troops" during a Grand Ole Opry performance at the conclusion of Veterans Week.
