The Judds To "Flip The Switch" On The Opry's Signature Barn As "Opry Goes Pink" For The Second Year In Support Of The Fight Against Breast Cancer

The Grand Ole Opry_® is joining Women Rock For The Cure_TM and Susan G. Komen for the Cure_® in the fight against breast cancer on Friday, Oct. 15 with its second annual "Opry Goes Pink" show, during which the Opry's signature barn backdrop will be turned pink by 5 time GRAMMY award-winning duo The Judds.

FOX News anchor Greta Van Susteren will be on hand as a guest announcer for a portion of the night's show, including The Judds introduction to the audience.  Actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley will also be a guest announcer and will introduce the Greater Nashville Affiliate Susan G. Komen for the Cure® 2010 Honorary Survivor of the Year.  In addition to The Judds, the show will include performances by John Anderson, Joey + Rory, Marty Stuart, and others as well as special activities recognizing breast cancer survivors and the continuing fight against the disease.

When fans mention the code OPRYPINK when ordering tickets via telephone (800-SEE-OPRY) or enter the same code when purchasing tickets online (opry.com), $5 from the sale of those tickets will be donated to Women Rock For The Cure and the Greater Nashville affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Pink Packages including Opry tickets, a meet and greet with The Judds, and a Judds-autographed "Opry Goes Pink" print (package components dependent upon price level), are also available benefiting the two charities. "Opry Goes Pink" will extend this year to opry.com, which will go pink for the day on Oct. 15 and will host an online pink auction beginning Tues., Oct. 12 with all proceeds benefiting Women Rock For The Cure_TM and Susan G. Komen for the Cure_®. Among the items available in the pink auction are an "Opry Goes Pink" autographed guitar and 25^th anniversary hatch print from The Judds, an autographed Sugarland wall hanging, autographed items from Luke Bryan and Craig Morgan, Opry vacation packages, and more.

About Greta Van Susteren
Greta Van Susteren joined Fox News Channel in January 2002 as the host of the prime-time news and interview program, "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren" (10-11 p.m. ET/PT Mondays through Fridays). About Kimberly Williams-Paisley
Kimberly Williams-Paisley first lit up the screen as a radiant young bride in the comedy feature film series Father of the Bride and Father of the Bride II. Recently seen starring in the Lifetime Movie Amish Grace, she co-starred for eight seasons in the hit ABC TV sitcom According to Jim, for which she also directed three episodes.  She has starred in feature films, written and directed award-winning short films including Shade and has performed on Broadway.  In addition to her acting work, Williams-Paisley is an accomplished writer, with published articles for In Style and a popular column for Redbook entitled My Life as a New Wife. She and her father Gurney Williams co-authored the children's book, Henry and the Hidden Veggie Garden.
