America's Opry Weekend To Set The Stage For The Opry's Return To The Opry House With Country Comes Home Special


Nashville, TN — September 16, 2010    


The Grand Ole Opry is scheduled to officially return to the Grand Ole Opry House after this spring’s disastrous May floods on Sept. 28, and some of country music’s top stars will get the party started a few days early when the America’s Opry Weekend Country Comes Home Special airs on affiliate stations the weekend of Sept. 24 - 26. The syndicated show is available to country radio stations across America from Westwood One.

Throughout the special, several of the artists set to appear on the Opry’s re-opening show will share their excitement as the re-opening of the Opry House nears, including Trace Adkins, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Martina McBride, Brad Paisley, Josh Turner, Keith Urban, and more.

In celebration of the special, listeners can visit opry.com/weekend for a chance to win an exclusive print autographed by artists appearing on the Opry’s return show as well as four tickets to an Opry performance.
