Grand Ole Opry Caribbean Cruise to Hit the High Seas in January

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 5, 2007) – Country music fans will have the opportunity to cruise alongside Craig Morgan, Country Music Hall of Famer Charley Pride, Hal Ketchum, and Jeannie Seely when the Grand Ole Opry Caribbean Cruise sets sail Jan. 26- Feb. 2, 2008. Eddie Stubbs, 650 WSM-AM’s award-winning on-air personality, also will be aboard. Bookings for the Opry Cruise are now being accepted.

Departing from Miami, Florida, passengers aboard Carnival’s new ship Freedom will visit three ports of call in the Caribbean: San Juan, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten. Vacationers will experience the diverse itinerary of a seven-night, eight-day cruise with exclusive Opry fun including private shows by the country music entertainers plus an exclusive cocktail party and an Opry member question-and-answer session.  A full casino, deck activities, dancing, first-run movies, and gourmet dining also are included.
