Opry Guitar Jam

Benefit for Nashville Flood Relief

Grand Ole Opry members Vince Gill, Brad Paisley, Ricky Skaggs, and Steve Wariner hit the Opry stage on May 25 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in an all-star guitar jam to kick off the Opry's 85th Birthday Celebration and to raise funds for Middle Tennessee flood relief. The award-winners each entertained the capacity crowd with their own signature hits, then joined together for amazing guitar jams on "Working Man Blues" and "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" with standing ovations from the enthused crowd. Together, the foursome has amassed more than 75 Country Music Association and Grammy Awards.

The show  was webcast live on opry.com and viewers could donate to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee for flood relief efforts.

The Opry's 85th Celebration continues for the next several months with superstar performances, special guests, and more. Temporarily displaced from the Grand Ole Opry House earlier this month by flooding, the Opry is set to visit a number of Nashville venues this summer, including several more performances from the Ryman, the show's most famous former home. Venues will be announced on opry.com as they are confirmed.  Artists scheduled to play the Opry soon include Dierks Bentley, Emmylou Harris, Lady Antebellum, Josh Turner, Wynonna, and Trisha Yearwood.
