After only a few months, the anticipation is over! Blake Shelton’s second SIX PAK album is scheduled to be released August 10.
According to blakeshelton.com, the Reprise Recording artist announced that the new album, ALL ABOUT TONIGHT, will feature six new tracks, including the title track and rising single, “All About Tonight,” which is already a Top 10 hit on the country charts. ALL ABOUT TONIGHT is produced by Scott Hendricks and will be Blake’s second SIX PAK album.
ALL ABOUT TONIGHT follows the first SIX PACK album, HILLBILLY BONE, which debuted at No. 3 on Billboard’s Top 200 chart and No. 2 on the Top Country Albums Chart. HILLBILLY BONE was released earlier this year and featured the No. 1 hit, “Hillbilly Bone,” with country singer Trace Adkins.
The disc will also feature two collaborations with Blake’s fiancee, Miranda Lambert. “Suffocating” is a ballad that Miranda co-wrote with Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott, while “The River” features Miranda on vocals.
“I am extremely excited about the duet with Miranda,” says Blake. “It is the exact type of duet our fans would expect us to do. We sing about being crazy in love and running away.”
To help kick-off his new release, Blake will appear twice on the Grand Ole Opry this summer, August 17 and 20.
