Dierks and Cassidy Bentley Are Expecting!

In Country Music News Today

Dierks Bentley’s busy schedule is about to get a lot busier! He and his wife Cassidy are expecting their second child in December.

“We’re so excited that our daughter Evie is going to get a baby sister or brother for Christmas,” Dierks tells People. “She’s pretty obsessed with a baby doll she carries around now. We’ll see how she does with the real thing!” The couple’s 21-month-old is sure to make a great older sister.

Dierks and Cassidy met in eighth grade at Phoenix’s Ingleside Middle School, but Dierks didn’t feel mature enough for her. Although they dated each other’s best friend, the two fell in love and stayed together through high school. They parted after high school when Dierks moved to Nashville, and Cassidy pursued a career in San Francisco. The separation didn’t last. In February 2005, Cassidy attended his show in Las Vegas. According to The Boot, Dierks said he just knew there was no other woman for him. Cassidy left her life in San Francisco to be with her high school sweetheart. Dierks proposed 10 months later and the next day, the couple eloped to Mexico. What a love story!

Congratulations to the parents-to-be!

  1. Lol, I was initially searching for information on the subject of German doll houses and saw your webpage. But yet I am glad I did. Weird just how we find different spots on the internet.

Are you sure thats a business you want to go into? Your entering a very tough market were people are leaving the business and not entering it because its so tough.

I can’t believe it’s finally back to school for the little guys. I don’t know how the teachers deal with everything. Here in Florida the schools are so under staffed the teachers don’t even have aids for the kindergarten and first graders. I even saw on the news that this year some of the local schools are actually asking for parents to provide toilet paper as school supplies. Makes you wonder if things get any worse what else we will have to provide for the schools.
