LeAnn: Tour launch was massive pain in the tooth
OK, so LeAnn Rimes got through rehab for exhaustion this year, but now, the world’s biggest toothache has sidelined the country star.
“I feel like I got hit in my right side of my face with a baseball bat :( NOT a good feeling when I am getting on a plane,” LeAnn tweeted.
LeAnn reveals that “massive infection” caused that feeling, and she had to postpone her show Friday night (Oct. 5) in Nevada.
Later, on Sunday (Oct. 7), LeAnn blogged that she has “been living in a dental nightmare for 10 months.”
“I’m getting back on track though, I hope. I’ve had too many detours this year due to dental issues. I’m finally in great hands and being well taken care of,” she wrote.
She was in such great hands that LeAnn played a fund-raiser gig Saturday night in L.A.

, LeAnn looks much much better than someone who got hit in the right side of the face with a baseball bat.
Keith Urban influences celeb style, one unbuttoned shirt at a time
Move over Brad Paisley: Looks like Keith Urban might have a new bestie.
Keith’s latest online installation of “Urban Chat” has him cutting up behind the scenes with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest as the show tapes 
auditions in Baton Rouge, La., for next season.
At one point, Ryan looks at Keith and says, “I feel overdressed,” and Keith giggles before Ryan adds: “I feel I should unbutton my shirt to my navel.”
“Do that,” Keith adds quickly.
Ryan does not.
But he reports:
“You just missed a performance from Keith Urban, who’s performing for the crew who made guacamole moments ago.”
Wow, that must’ve been good guacamole.
“Yeah,” Keith says, “it was a good guacamole song.”
So that’s why Taylor dates all those famous guys!
So let’s do a roll call of Taylor’s boyfriends, or the ones we know about anyway.
Well, there’s that Drew guy we heard about in “Teardrops On My Guitar.” But the rest of them are, well, international superstars.
There’s Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, actor Jake Gyllenhaal, that Twilight movies’ star Taylor Lautner (Taylor and Taylor??), and another singer, John Mayer.
Taylor finally reveals to the British version of Marie Claire who she dates celebs.
“It makes for great stories when you’re older.”
Ah. Got it.
