Delicioso! Taylor brings Spanish star on stage with her

OK, we’ve seen Taylor Swift bring all sorts of pop, rock and rap stars on stage with her. Who can forget Taylor singing with James Taylor in New York, or Nicki Minaj in L.A.?

Looks like Taylor has made famous duets a part of her shows all over the world.

Taylor played Rio de Janeiro in Brazil last week (Sept. 13), and she brought a Spanish star by the name of Paula Fernandes on stage with her.

Taylor and Paula cut a bilingual version of Taylor’s song “Long Live” a while back.

So the two performed that song live.

And the coolest part is that the audience sings along in two languages!

Exquisito!

Kimberly Perry uses her brothers to prepare for Brad Paisley

Seems like interviewing big stars would make most folks nervous.

And that includes other big stars.

Kimberly Perry of The Band Perry is co-hosting the ABC CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock special Monday (Sept. 17). And hosting duties included interviewing some big stars.

So when Kimberly found out she was going to interview Brad Paisley – who, while always nice, can be unpredictable – she immediately recruited brothers Reid and Neil to get ready.

“I actually practiced for my interviews, because I had never done an interview before, and Reid and Neil and I, they played Brad 1 and Brad 2 in the bus before I went out and did that and kind of threw me some curveballs,” she said.

It’s official: Keith is in as an “American Idol” judge

Any criticism sounds so much nicer when it’s delivered with an Australian accent, right?

But I’m pretty sure Keith Urban will be sweet the whole way through in his new gig: Keith in fact will be one of four judges next season on American Idol.

“It’s really an honor to have been invited to be a part of the American Idol family,” Keith said. “I’m looking forward to working with everyone and to seeing the same passion that I have for music in all of the participants.”

Keith joins pop star Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj, and veteran judge Randy Jackson on the panel.

The new season starts in January.

I do believe that Paula Fernades is a Brazilian artist and would likely be singing in Portuguese (the language of Brazil) and not Spanish.

    Cool story!!
