Jett Williams
Guest Artist
Jett Williams, daughter of the legendary Hank Williams, was born in Montgomery, AL, five days after her father died. Growing up, Williams had no idea of her true identity. She did, however, demonstrate natural musical talent including vocals and guitar skills. In the early 1980's, with the encouragement of her adoptive father, Williams embarked on a journey of discovery--one that would reveal her true bloodline. She documented her saga in her autobiography Ain't Nothin' as Sweet as My Baby, published in 1990. As a tribute to hre father, Jett released That Reminds Me Of Hank in 1995.
Williams is a successful touring act, performing her own compositions as well as those written and/or popularized by her iconic father.
