The Infamous Stringdusters

Guest Artist

The Infamous Stringdusters are the new vanguard of acoustic music with well-crafted songs, vivid arrangements, instrumental virtuosity, stunning improvisation, unique individuality, and complete harmony. Drawing on the talents of up-and-coming Nashvillians Andy Hall, Chris Eldridge, Chris Pandolfi, Jeremy Garrett, Jesse Cobb, and Travis Book, The Infamous Stringdusters manage to balance a fluency in old-timey bluegrass with indie "jamgrass sensibilities."

The band released its first album, Fork in the Road, on Sugar Hill in 2007.  The album won the International Bluegrass Music Association's Album of the Year Award, while the title track won Song of the Year honors, capping off a successful 2007.  In 2008, the group released its self-titled The Infamous Stringdusters.
