Julianne Hough

Julianne Hough is most widely known for her two-time win of ABC's Dancing With the Stars. After the separation of her parents, Hough began studying performing arts in London at the age of ten. She always had a passion for music and most notably a passion for country music. After a few years in London, Hough moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dancing and musical career.

She made many trips to Nashville while working on Dancing With the Stars. Hough began making connections between Los Angeles and Nashville and was able to meet up with renowned producer, David Malloy. In 2007, she recorded her first single "Will You Dance With Me" to raise money for the American Red Cross. Hough later signed with Universal Music Group Nashville's Mercury Nashville division. The single peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. In 2008, Hough joined Brad Paisley's tour and in 2009 she opened for two shows on Toby Keith's tour and was the opening act for George Strait's Summer 2009 Tour. At the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards she grabbed the trophy for Top New Female Vocalist. She also starred in 2011's movie Footloose.
