Kree Harrison sang her way to center stage as the runner-up on season 12 of Fox’s hit TV show, American Idol. This Texas native first began to show musical promise at the young age of three while singing during a local church service. Throughout the years that followed, her local performances caught the attention of The Rosie O’Donnell Show, where she was invited to sing on four different occasions. Kree then made the move to Nashville at age 10 to pursue her musical career.
After suffering the loss of her Father at age 11, and her mother at age 19, it was finally her sister, Laci, who pushed Kree to audition for Idol. On the Show, not only did she debut her single, “All Cried Out”, she also had the chance to perform “Where the Blacktop Ends” with Idol judge and Opry member Keith Urban.
