  1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Opry Holidays Online Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 4:30 p.m. (Central Time ["CT"]) on November 19, 2007 and ends at 5:00 p.m. CT on December 20, 2007. To enter, (i) visit the Grand Ole Opry ("Opry") Website (www.opry.com) (the "Opry Website"), fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions. All online entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. CT on December 20, 2007 to be eligible. Only one online entry per person per email address per day. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will count. These official rules are also available by writing to: Opry Holidays Online Sweepstakes Rules Request, 2806 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. All entries become the property of Grand Ole Opry ("Sponsor") and will not be returned. When you enter at the Opry Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminders for upcoming Opry promotions and information about the Grand Ole Opry. Consenting to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these emails, the use of such emails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Grand Ole Opry, which is available on the Grand Ole Opry Website.
  2. Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address and internet access prior to November 19, 2007. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States. Employees of Sponsor, Gaylord Entertainment, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, website developers and administrators, and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of these Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries.
  3. Drawing and Notification: The Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing daily throughout the promotional period (November 19, 2007 – December 20, 2007). Odds of winning a daily prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the email account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. The "registered user" is the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the email address.
  4. One (1) Grand Prize Home Theater Package includes: one (1) CS480 six piece home theater speaker system, one (1) AVR 247 Receiver, one (1) DVD player, and one (1) Toshib 32HL67 32" REGZAR High Definition LCD TV. Approximate retail value of grand prize: $2,146.00. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are winner's responsibility. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The prize winner will be solely responsible for any and all other expenses, taxes and fees associated with his/her prizes.
  5. Prize Conditions: In order to ensure the eligibility of a potential winner, it is required that such winner execute affidavits of eligibility and release prior to the release of any prizes won under this sweepstakes. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
  6. Limitations of Liability: Winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete on-line entries due to system errors, failures or any technical malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other printing errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing of posting of the offer or in these Official Rules, the selection or announcement of the winners, or the distribution of any prizes.
  7. Winners List: After December 26, 2007, you may obtain the name of a list of daily prize winners by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Grand Ole Opry / Opry Holidays Online Sweepstakes Winner's List, 2806 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. Requests received after January 26, 2007 will not be honored.
